Our Tea & Talks are an informational event that we hold at the Nutrien Civic Centre for seniors! They will be offered once per month on Mondays at 11:45 am. For $5.00 you can join us for a coffee or tea and a muffin. We will have some helpful tips for you about a variety of subjects to help you live an active, safe and healthy life.
