Swim Lessons
The path to swim safety starts at the Nutrien Civic Centre. We offer swimming lessons through the Red Cross Swim Program. Public swimming lessons are complimentary with any membership including the participant at the Nutrien Civic Centre. Since the lessons span over an 8-week period, a current membership must be carried over a 3-month period entitling them to one lesson set during that time.

We also offer private lessons for you or your child. Contact us about our one-on-one learning environment.

An aerobic type class in the water. Excellent for those with sore joints or those looking for no impact. All fitness levels welcome.

Aqua Arthritis
This class is in the therapy pool. It is a safe and gentle fitness class designed specifically for those with arthritis. Improve cardio, range of motion and your muscles at your own pace!

Baby Sharks
Baby Sharks is an instructor lead playgroup for parents/ caregivers of infants and toddlers 4yrs and younger. It is a more relaxed style where we explore the water in a fun but safe environment. It is child lead and play based. Parents/ caregivers learn how to introduce their child to the water in a safe and fun way. The instructor is there to answer questions and to assist with learning basic holds and skills. There is less focus on performing skills, but we do introduce submersion and floats etc. There is no pass or fail. Parents also have the option to socialize and enjoy the company of others in the same phase of their child growth.
